Alaark presently has two heat treating furnaces with the largest capacity being 6x10x18 inches.

With a maximum temperature of 1850 degrees, we are able to harden tool steels like A-2, D-2, H-13 and S-7. With a normal two shift work week, turnaround time on most pieces is one to two days.
